Dr. Ian Clarke
Dr. Ian Clarke is a highly respected medical practitioner and entrepreneur with a career spanning several decades. He founded the International Medical Centre (IMC) and International Hospital Kampala (IHK), where Uganda’s first open-heart surgery was performed. His diverse contributions also extend into politics, where he has served as Mayor of Makindye Division since 2011. Dr. Clarke leads the Clarke Group, overseeing initiatives in healthcare, education, and agriculture.

Richard Byarugaba
Richard Byarugaba is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in Uganda's banking and financial sectors. He has held leadership roles, including Managing Director of Nile Bank and National Social Security Fund (NSSF), where he led key reforms. Richard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Economics from Makerere University and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).

Susan Nsibirwa
Susan Nsibirwa is a marketing and communications expert with a track record of success in leadership roles. She is the Managing Director of Ayiva Consulting Solutions and Managing Partner at Urge Uganda, where she provides strategic marketing solutions. Susan is also the Board Chair at the African Centre for Media Excellence, promoting ethical journalism across Africa.

Christine Liven Nagawa
Christine Liven Nagawa is a social entrepreneur and baking strategist known for empowering youth and women through her business, Liven's Tasty Treats. She is committed to inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs, sharing her knowledge at institutions like Kabale University, and collaborating with organizations such as The Innovation Village.

James Serugo
James Serugo is a veteran media professional with over 30 years of experience. As Director of Monitor Publications Limited, he oversees strategy and supplier relations. James is also a Trustee at CEO Summit-Think Tank, advocating for thought leadership within the business community.
