Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join Future Lab Studio on a consultancy basis. This role will work closely with our product and technical teams to support portfolio Startups and Corporates to analyze business needs and design high-level desirable, feasible and viable use cases that improve their existing solution stacks, and leverage various Digital Rails availed across the Innovation Village’s partners and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, a deep understanding of technology, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

1. Support Portfolio Startups and Corporates to analyze business needs and requirements, identifying new and identifying various ways to improve existing use cases, helping to shape the strategy and direction of the various products.
2. Support Portfolio Startups and Corporates to oversee the implementation of high-level software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and align with their Technology strategies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their problems and goals.
4. Develop and propose solution plans to stakeholders and management.
5. Work closely with the development team to implement the solutions.
6. Monitor the performance of the implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.
7. Document and communicate the results of the support delivered to portfolio Startups and Corporates.
8. Support Portfolio Corporates and Startups to leverage the Digital Rails and the Studio’s technology stack, as appropriate, to successfully build, deploy and scale their products. 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in business analysis and solution design.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Experience with the tools mentioned above is highly desirable.
7. Applicant must be aged 35 years and below.

Contract Details

This is a consultancy position on an independent contractor basis. The duration of the contract, hours, and compensation will be determined based on the project requirements and the consultant’s expertise. The consultant will be responsible for their own equipment and must have the ability to work remotely.
