Overview

Future Lab Studio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to our mission of building tech-enabled products that solve challenges in Digital Inclusion, Automating Trust, and Climate Action.

Responsibilities

  1. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
  2. Setting up customer service policies and practices.
  3. Providing high-level technical and product support.
  4. Supervising and developing customer success teams.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or SaaS Studio.
  2. Proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple complex customer journeys simultaneously.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Strong presentation skills.
  5. Commercially aware or business-minded, with sales experience being beneficial.
  6. Numerate, good with data and analytics.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  8. Reliability and strict adherence to deadlines.
  9. Applicant must be aged 35 years and below.

Contract Details

This is a consultancy position on an independent contractor basis. The duration of the contract, hours, and compensation will be determined based on the project requirements and the consultant’s expertise. The consultant will be responsible for their own equipment.
